Octavia (FREE read description) Steampunk female VRChat avatar

A, for the most part, free female steampunk avatar for vrchat. All items except the base, and face were made from scratch. Just a side note, the body mesh has been removed in respect of not giving Panda's base away for free and per rules. Make sure to read the rule!
